MyEnercare Online Setup

To set up your online MyEnercare account, you will need your Enercare Connections account number and either your Bill ID from your bill or your Customer Verification Number (CVN), created by Customer Care and sent to you by email or in your welcome package when your Enercare account was set up. If you are a new customer and have not received your new bill or a CVN, please contact Customer Care at 1-866-449-4423 or email connections.care@enercare.ca.

Property Managers: If you have never received an Enercare Connections bill, please contact Customer Care at 1-866-449-4423 or email connections.care@enercare.ca.
